Life Through My Lens Thursday Photography Challenge is my take on a Project 52. I chose one object – Linus – and decided to photograph him using different themes and techniques. Other times, I’ll make a story out of the photographs that I take. To see the beginning of my challenge, start here.
It’s the end of the week, and finally I got a moment to blog! Hahaha, actually, I didn’t mind my time off from blogging. It gave me a great moment to be present for my Grandmother’s Birthday, my wedding Anniversary, and yesterday was my little girl’s birthday!
I can’t believe that Zee turned 5! We had a great day yesterday, and I made sure that Linus was able to join in the fun as well!
Now on with the photos!

First thing early in the morning, I baked Zee’s cake, and everyone was itching to start the party.
Linus was getting bored waiting, so I figured, why not play a game with him!
We pretended to be butterflies, and that helped pass the time. Before we knew it, it was time to cut the cake!
Of course I couldn’t have a picture of outside of the cake without the inside of the cake! Tried my hand to make it colorful, but looks like I need more practice on this 🙂
I know one little guy who just dug right into the cake. Is it good Linus?
Yes, he’s enjoying it. Just look at that smile on his face! Glad you liked it Linus!
Looks like someone is tired after eating all that cake. Take a quick nap Linus and we’ll check back with you later.

I am so behind on everything, but I know eventually I’ll catch up on everything. I enjoyed spending the time with my family and I loved celebrating all of our special events. Now that things have calmed down for a bit, I’m looking forward to things being much calmer, and getting back to our regular program.
Awww I am sure Linus enjoyed that cake cause it looked good. Happy birthday to her mines will be 5 in April where did the time go.
I can’t begin to tell you how much I love this series, Kalley. The photo with cake on Linus’s face and shirt is priceless. Enjoying the creativity!
