Please help me collect myself. There are days when I feel like I am not myself.
Constantly being lost in the haze of caring for someone or some people, but usually never seeing the efforts return.
I know why I do what I do Lord, it’s not to martyr myself, or talk other into helping out. But there are just days when I feel like my efforts are expected.
I pray that during this Holiday season, I can re-align myself with my needs and feelings. I need to remind myself that time for myself is not something that one has to ask for, it’s something that needs to be demanded.
It is only through rejuvenation that one can feel themselves again.
I ask Lord that you grant me clarity for me to see things as they truly are.

Thank you Latorsha. It’s something that I try to remind myself often, but you know how it is, sometimes you just forget. Trying to be more aware of my needs and feelings.

That’s very true but staying positive and optimistic and always having a nice attitude about everything will help you a lot ! I know it does for me, and everyday when I wake up I am grateful for where I am who I am and what I do. This helps me a lot ! All the best to you KalleyC
