Dear Lord,
During this last Sunday of the year, help us reflect on everything that has happened to us from January to now.
Please help us move on from hurtful situations. Bounce back from devastation. And rejoice from all the positives that has happened to us.
We know Lord that we cannot plan the future, and try to only let good things come our way, but we do know that You will be there to see us out of the shadows and clouds and lead us into the sunshine.
Thank you Lord for everything that we have experienced. Thank you for your tests of our faith and character.
Every day in the new year will be a challenge, but it’s one that we will be looking forward to.
