Sunday Prayer: Silent Justice

Dear Lord,

There are many who have gone before us in unnatural ways.  Even though that the person who did them harm did not face repercussions for their actions, we know Lord there is really only one justice.

Lord, we know that no man on earth can escape the sins that we commit.  We know that everyday we must pray for your forgiveness, and we must as for forgiveness in others.

Of families who have lost a loved one before it was time for them to leave us, I pray that you watch over them, and give them peace in knowing that your justice is the only one that truly matters.

Amen.

    Amen and amen, Kalley. God hears and understands our heavy hearts, especially when words don’t do justice to our emotions. He answers in His time and His way, which is always best.

    This Prayer is just what I needed to read, hear and soak into my spirit. It’s been a tough twenty-four hours for me and this is just what I needed to end this weekend, and to start the week ahead.
